Spotted some footprints in the area of forest wildfire, but could not further investigate due to contaminated evidence post-relief efforts. Arson is possibility, but only a possibility. The extreme heat and dryness could have also sparked the wildfire. Nothing out of the ordinary is found in the wildfire area after the fire has been doused other than the usual. Do cats hate burnt things in particular? Cats have particularly sensitive noses, heat sensors around their faces, and equally sensitive respiratory systems. Perhaps that is why they hissed and ran away from the area.

However, there were rumors circulating in the town about arson. Whether it may be due to a personal grudge, but fingers were pointed at a security guard (Mr. S) who works at the educational facility. After interrogation, he claimed that he had an alibi that night: he was with his family during the festival and denied starting the fire because he had children and went to take them home away from the danger. As of writing, his family had since disappeared with the other residents.

Other things to note: Mr. S looked very ill while working with a high fever. Interrogation could not be continued due to his condition and unwillingness to participate.

It is possible for Personas to become uncontrollable during the Full Moon. The cause seems to be aligning with the moon cycles and how much control one has over their own "heart". It seems to be beneficial to reduce internal conflicts as much as possible in order to retain control over a Persona.

The Attendants have the capabilities of creating weapons for a request and a price, including materials which include: two tengu masks, 5kg of steel, and a pig. He also wished to see Astraea being able to move 3x as fast.

In order to return to places where we came from, we must collect 4 ofudas. I collected one when the big Tengu monster was defeated at the top floor of the Dungeon at the school, but there was no more. It is heavily implied that there will be more Dungeons in different locations. My next guess is at the Castle from how strange it was to be reconstructed partway without any trace of rebuilding. The appearance of newer Dungeons seem to be time-locked as well.

Room XX of the infamous inn in Hirajiro was investigated with the clown-denizen. It was a windowless room with a bed, drawers, and a closet. The dust was overwhelming on the walls, but the bed was not. The sheets were cold when I arrived. The light switch was not functional, because no light bulb was installed above. The door leading outside did not open either. Possibly jammed. Placement of the dust on the bed is estimated that someone or something was using the bed several hours prior to my arrival.

The bathroom consisted of a sink, bathtub, and toilet. The mirror was cracked with shards scattered on the floor. There was wet blood in the bathtub. No blood trail. Most of the blood was near the drain and some splatter marks on the edges and trailing down the shower curtain. There were no other traces of blood outside of the bathtub. The time doesn't seem to match. If the mirror was cracked by a human's body, there would be visible blood outside of the bathtub. Furthermore, there were also no signs of cleaning the wound, which makes it hard to mask a blood trail outside of the bathtub. Other than this, no other person was found in the room. Trapdoors nor secret passages could be found.

Perhaps my skills are lacking, but I cannot find out how this is humanly possible without the aid of supernatural nor magical abilities. Regardless, I will leave it to the police to take care of it. Despite finding no body, evidence points that someone was held captive in there for a long time.

After staking out around the inn for couple of days, there have been no reports of a missing person and the management had changed. What cowardice. The rent for the two rooms on either side of Room XX have become extremely cheap due to the situation at hand.

I also confirmed that the sounds of crying have not ceased and that they continue coming from the same room. Unfortunately, I am not sure what to make of this case any longer. I will be staying at the inn for several days to watch over the situation more.

There is a small margin of error, but this is what was reported back to after a week of research of the lake water at the local high school laboratory:
